    Overlapping loads

    Refrigeration, HVAC and defrost push peak demand up together. Action: review schedules and sequences to reduce the peak.

  2. 02

    Underperforming equipment

    Power goes up, but the unit takes too long to get back to its setpoint. Action: prioritize checking the condenser, refrigerant, door gaskets or controls.

  3. 03

    Inefficient operation

    A door left open while the compressor runs explains the temperature rise and the consumption that follows. Action: alert during the event and verify recovery.

    Real-time demand profile. Detects peaks, overlapping loads and abnormal behavior by circuit or unit.

    Accumulated energy (kWh)

    Daily, weekly and monthly consumption by circuit. The basis for energy cost and carbon footprint.

  3. R03

    Recorded peak demand

    The peak value that sets your contracted demand. Reducing it has a direct impact on your rate.

  4. R04

    Power factor

    Voltage and current per phase, active, reactive and apparent power, and frequency.

Your carbon footprint calculates itself: measured MWh × the country’s grid emission factor (kg CO₂e/MWh).
