How Alephius transforms your operation

Data acquisition unit installed
In 2 hours we install the OEE+ acquisition unit, which reads data from the machine’s PLC, sensors and actuators. Minimal intervention.

Operator tablet
A tablet connected to the OEE+ over WiFi stays at the machine. It is the interface between operator and system to follow the production plan and log stop reasons.

Planning and operation
Integrated with your ERP or loaded manually, each machine gets its production plan. Operators can also start an unplanned order from the tablet.

Centralized visibility
See the status of every machine and batch from a phone or computer, with monthly reports by operator and machine and stop histograms.

OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) is the overall efficiency indicator of a machine. It combines three key factors into a single metric.
Availability
Actual run time vs. planned available time. Penalizes unplanned stops.
Performance
Actual production speed vs. the product’s standard speed. Detects losses from reduced speed.
Quality
Good units produced vs. total produced. Reflects the impact of rework and rejects.
